Delete your account

This page is for the Daultala app for Android (shop.daultala.app), published by Asad Waheed Muhammad Waheed. You can delete your account and everything attached to it, and you do not have to give a reason.

Two ways to do it

In the app

Open the app and go to your profile.
Press Delete account.
Confirm. Your listings go with it.

By asking us

Message +92 317 9773791 on WhatsApp with the name on your account and the email address you signed in with, and we will delete it for you. We may ask one question to make sure the account is yours before we do.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law in Pakistan requires, even after the account has gone. They hold what was bought and when, not your card details, which we never had. Anything we are required to keep for a legal case or an investigation is kept until that ends.

How long it takes

Your listings leave the app immediately.
The account and its data are erased within 30 days.
Backups are overwritten within 90 days.

Something smaller

If you only want one listing gone, open it in the app and delete it. Your account stays. If you want to know what we hold before deciding, see the privacy policy or ask us on the support page.
